02Artwork, files and approval
Customers are responsible for checking spellings, grammar, contact details, QR codes, logos, dimensions, bleed, images and all design elements before final approval. Once artwork is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible or may require extra charges.
If RCS Graphic provides design support, revisions and timelines will depend on the selected product, design brief and order scope.
03Pricing, payment and order confirmation
Prices may vary based on quantity, size, material, finishing, urgency, design work and delivery requirements. An order is confirmed only after required payment, artwork and product details are accepted by our team.
Taxes, shipping charges or additional service charges may apply depending on order type and destination.
04Production, delivery and cancellation
Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to artwork approval delay, machine schedule, material availability, finishing process or courier/transport delays.
Cancellation may not be possible after design work, material purchase, plate/process setup or production has started. Any approved cancellation adjustment will depend on work already completed.
05Limitation and support
RCS Graphic is not responsible for losses caused by customer-approved errors, incorrect files, delayed responses, courier delays or misuse of printed material.
