Refund & Return Policy

Because printed products are customized for each customer, returns and refunds are handled according to artwork approval and production status.

01Custom printed product returns

Printed items are personalized according to approved artwork, quantity, size, material and finishing. Therefore, once production has started or the product has been printed, general returns are not accepted for change of mind or customer-side artwork errors.

Please review spellings, phone numbers, QR codes, addresses, colors, sizes and design details carefully before approval.

For best results, customers should check proofs on a larger screen and confirm all business information before giving final approval.

  • Custom printed products are made against approved details.
  • Customer-approved artwork mistakes usually cannot be returned.
  • Proofreading before approval is strongly recommended.

02Eligible cases for review

You may raise a support request if the delivered product has a major printing defect, wrong product/specification, significant quantity mismatch or visible damage during delivery.

Requests should include order details, clear photos and, where needed, an unboxing video or packaging photos.

Our support team reviews the submitted proof with production notes and the approved artwork before suggesting the most suitable resolution.

03Non-eligible cases

Refund or reprint may not be applicable for customer-approved artwork mistakes, low-resolution files supplied by customer, expected minor color variation between screen and print, late changes after production starts or wrong information submitted by customer.

Color output can vary slightly depending on screen calibration, paper/material, print process and lighting conditions.

04Resolution process

After review, eligible issues may be resolved by reprint, replacement, partial adjustment or refund based on the nature of the issue and order status.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method within a reasonable processing timeline.
